About Daniela.
Daniela Poletti holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sydney. She graduated in 1984. In 1985 Daniela was admitted to the practice of law in NSW and was admitted to the High Court of Australia. In the early years, Daniela gathered wide experience in different areas of law, but her passion always lay in Family Law.
In 1996 Daniela achieved Law Society Specialist Accreditation in Family Law. Since then, she has continued to be an Accredited Specialist in Family Law practicing almost exclusively in Family Law. Daniela is passionate about helping her Family Law clients, whom she understands, are often going through a very difficult and emotional time.
Over the years Daniela has gained vast experience in conducting Family Law cases. Her ability reflects her high standards and her extensive experience of all types of Family Law cases which includes complex cases for the division of property and Spouse Maintenance in matters of high net worth involving trusts, overseas assets and patents, as well as complex parenting cases which involve the appointment of child experts and an Independent Children’s Lawyer. Daniela works equally as hard for her Family Law clients who may have less complex cases.
During her many years working in Family Law, Daniela has forged working relationships for the benefit of her clients. Those relationships include leading Barristers, and leading experts such as Forensic Accountants and Psychologists whom she can call upon to participate in a case when required.
Daniela is well versed in appearing at Court on behalf of her clients, but she also attempts to resolve Family Law disputes at the earliest opportunity and in the least contentious way. To this end, Daniela also embraces different methods of Alternate Dispute Resolution. She was a founding member of the Australian Institute of Collaborative Professionals and a founding member of Greater Sydney Collaborative Lawyers. Daniela also successfully completed a recognised Mediation Course at Bond University.
From the outset, when Daniela first meets new clients, she ensures that her clients understand the Family Law process. Then at the earliest opportunity she provides her clients with realistic legal advice, as well as cost saving practical advice. During the progress of her matters, Daniela’s wealth of experience enables her to appropriately strategize to her clients benefit, and to provide her clients with ongoing advice as to their best options moving forward with their case.
Daniela supports and guides her clients throughout the Family Law process, until a successful conclusion is achieved for her client.
